HARNESS HORSE YOUTH FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES 2008-2009 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
The Harness Horse Youth Foundation has announced four scholarship recipients for 2008-2009. Listed below are the scholarships and their recipients for the 2008-2009 year.
