ODDS ON RACING TO HOST HARNESS HORSE YOUTH LEAGUE CAMP
The Harness Horse Youth Foundation is pleased to announce the new location of Odds On Racing as the site for the 2008 Harness Racing Youth League camp in Illinois. The new dates are June 18 to 22. The exhibitions will take place on the final evening at Balmoral Park prior to the regular race card.
The event was rescheduled from the Illinois State Fairgrounds due to circumstances related to improvements of the facility.
Other 2008 locations include: Harrington Raceway – June 29 to July 3; Vernon Downs – July 6 to July 10; The Meadows – July 13 to July 17; Indiana Downs – July 21 to July 25. The Level 2 will be held at The Red Mile August 7 to 10.
The HRYL camp program is designed for 11 to 13 year olds who would like to know about harness horses. Activities provide lots of hands-on experience with the traveling stable including driving and caring for the horses.

Established in 1976, the Harness Horse Youth Foundation addresses youth education throughout the United States and Canada.
